As first time home buyers we hit the jackpot getting Adan as our realtor. From the beginning he took the time to get to know us and what attributes we were looking for in a house/land. Adan was great to work with during the home buying process. I am especially grateful for him assisting me with the purchase of my first home and using his expertise, organization, and communication skills to turn a process that could be thought of as challenging and confusing into a more cohesive process with Adan focusing primarily on ensuring that I was comfortable and happy. Finding the right house seemed difficult at first, however, after I had provided Adan with a few requirements that I was looking for, he had provided me with a list where I was able to quickly whittle down houses of interest. When it came time to visit the houses of interest in person, Adan was able to quickly arrange showings for houses that were empty or occupied. I really appreciated Adan's ability to work quickly and efficiently, because it had provided me with the opportunity to see many houses of interest and he worked quickly with the seller after I had expressed interest in purchasing a house, thus enabling me to purchase the house that I had really wanted before another buyer was able to. Adan's urgency in helping during the aforementioned scenario shows how much he really cares about ensuring that I end-up with the house that I really want and I always felt like I was his priority during the entire process. When it came time to communicate with the seller and other parties of interest during the pre-purchase and purchase process, Adan had made it so easy by handling communications and expressing comments and concerns in my best interest, and ensuring that my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt very comfortable during the entire home buying process and he was even alongside me to provide support during the house inspection and the new home owner's orientation. When there were any requirements that were needed from me during the process Adan would reach-out to me in an expedient manner and work with me to provide any requirements. When it came time to schedule the inspection of the home I had provided the name of the company that I had wanted to inspect the property and Adan handled reaching-out to the company and scheduling the inspection based-on my schedule. What was really impactful to me during the entire process was that Adan only focused on taking me to specific properties that I had expressed interest in and he showed me properties that had just completed construction, ones in progress, and ones that had been built years ago. I had even expressed interest in one property that was not originally on the property list where the build was still in progress and he had gone to the location with me and talked with the builders. Overall, I am greatly pleased with the the quality of service and professionalism that Adan had provided and I believe that it is very likely that I would not have ended-up with the house that I love at the end had I not had his representation.
